Our Services

Every project starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand what you’re building, who it’s for, and what success actually looks like before a single line of code gets written. That upfront clarity is what keeps timelines honest and budgets predictable.

We’ve been doing this for eleven years, working with everyone from two-person startups to established teams that needed an outside perspective. The rates below cover our most common engagements, though most projects end up being some combination of them.

How We Work

Projects run in two-week cycles. At the end of each cycle you’ll see working output — not status reports, not slide decks, but the actual thing being built. If something isn’t landing, we find out early enough to change course without blowing up the schedule.

Payment is split into thirds: one at kickoff, one at the midpoint, one on delivery. Retainer clients are billed monthly in advance, and unused hours roll over for one cycle. We don’t charge for the initial scoping call, and we don’t do spec work.

What’s Not Included

Third-party costs are billed at cost with no markup — hosting, domain registration, stock photography, premium plugins, and font licensing all fall into this category. We’ll flag anything like this during scoping so there are no surprises on the final invoice.

Rush work carries a 40% premium and depends on availability. If your deadline is tight, tell us at the start rather than halfway through.
